Louis Osborne Penn

Louis O. Penn was born in St. Thomas, USVI on October 29, 1950, to the late Gibson

A. and Paulina O. Lettsome Penn. He was educated in the St. Thomas school system,

and also Job Corp, on the mainland. Louis worked in construction and the hotel

industry. Due to illness, he relocated to New York, and resided at Premiere Nursing and

Rehab Center. On Sunday, June 14, 2026, he passed away at St. John's Episcopal

Hospital.

Louis was preceded in death by his sister, Berenice Malcolm-Edwards. He is survived

by his siblings: Lorna Jerome (Marc), Calvin Penn (Lorna), Louise Penn Flamer, Alfred

Penn, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
